What we collect

Only what you give us through the waitlist form: your email address. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (page views, referrers, and general location). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this site.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email to send you news about Orazur: samples, the launch date and the story behind each fragrance. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR, article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it for us

Your email is stored by our form and email provider, [PROVIDER NAME, e.g. Brevo / Mailchimp / Formspree], acting on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the waitlist is closed without a launch, we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict how we use it, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
